- 🥒 Cucumber – sliced
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🥬 Lettuce – shredded
- 🧅 Red onion – thinly sliced
- 🍶 Tahini sauce – for drizzling
Instructions
- 🔥 Warm the pita bread in a toaster or skillet until soft and pliable.
- 🔪 Slice the pita bread partially open to create a pocket.
- 🥬 Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions inside the pita.
- 🧆 Stuff the pita with falafel balls.
