  • 🍶 Tahini sauce – for drizzling

Instructions

  • 🔥 Warm the pita bread in a toaster or skillet until soft and pliable.
  • 🔪 Slice the pita bread partially open to create a pocket.
  • 🥬 Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions inside the pita.
  • 🧆 Stuff the pita with falafel balls.
  • 🍶 Drizzle generously with tahini sauce and serve immediately.
