Ingredients

  • 🫙 Spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric) – to taste
  • 🌿 Vegetable oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🌾 Prepare the dough and let it rest.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies until fragrant.
  • 🥘 Add cooked lentils and spices, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🥟 Fill the dough with the lentil mixture and shape into sambusas.
  • ♨️ Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
