Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
  • ☕ Espresso – 1/2 cup strong
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • 🥄 Gelatin – 1 tsp
  • 💧 Water – 2 tbsp
  • 🍫 Chocolate shavings – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • 💧 Soften gelatin in cold water.
  • 🔥 Heat cream and sugar until sugar dissolves; don't boil.
  • ☕ Stir in espresso and softened gelatin until dissolved.
  • 🍮 Pour into ramekins and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • ✨ Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
