Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
- ☕ Espresso – 1/2 cup strong
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/4 cup
- 🥄 Gelatin – 1 tsp
- 💧 Water – 2 tbsp
- 🍫 Chocolate shavings – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 💧 Soften gelatin in cold water.
- 🔥 Heat cream and sugar until sugar dissolves; don't boil.
- ☕ Stir in espresso and softened gelatin until dissolved.
- 🍮 Pour into ramekins and chill for at least 4 hours.
- ✨ Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
