Ingredients
- 🐌 Escargot – 12 snails, canned or fresh
- 🧈 Garlic Butter – 1/2 cup, softened
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🥖 Bread – for serving
Instructions
- 🧄 Prepare garlic butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley.
- 🐌 If using canned escargot, drain and rinse. If fresh, prepare according to instructions.
- 🧈 Stuff each escargot shell with garlic butter.
- 🔥 Arrange snails in an escargot dish or oven-safe pan.
- ♨️ Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the butter is melted and bubbling. Serve hot with crusty bread 🥖.
