Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 2 cups
- 🌿 Pandan leaves – 2-3, tied into a knot
- 🍧 Agar-agar powder – 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 💧 Water – 4 cups
- 🍓 Fresh fruit (strawberries, lychees) – for garnish
Instructions
- 💧 In a pot, combine water, agar-agar powder, and sugar. Stir well to dissolve.
- 🌿 Add pandan leaves and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until agar-agar is fully dissolved.
- 🥥 Stir in coconut milk and simmer gently for a few more minutes, being careful not to boil.
- 🧊 Remove from heat and remove pandan leaves. Pour mixture into a mold and let it cool slightly, then refrigerate until set.
- 🍓 Garnish with fresh fruit before serving. Enjoy your Es podeng chilled! ✨
