Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rava (Semolina) – 1 cup
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped (optional)
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – few (optional)
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix rava, water, salt, and optional ingredients to form a batter.
  • ⏳ Let the batter rest for about 15-20 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle (tawa).
  • 🥄 Pour a ladle of batter and spread thinly to form a dosa.
  • 🛢️ Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🔄 Flip and cook the other side for a minute. Serve hot!
