Ingredients
- 🍚 Rava (Semolina) – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped (optional)
- 🌿 Curry leaves – few (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix rava, water, salt, and optional ingredients to form a batter.
- ⏳ Let the batter rest for about 15-20 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle (tawa).
- 🥄 Pour a ladle of batter and spread thinly to form a dosa.
- 🛢️ Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- 🔄 Flip and cook the other side for a minute. Serve hot!
