Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🧀 Emmenthal Cheese – 1/2 cup, shredded
- 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
- 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🍳 Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 🔥 Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 🥚 Pour egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring gently.
- 🧀 When eggs are almost set, sprinkle Emmenthal cheese on top.
- ✨ Continue cooking until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked to your liking. Serve immediately.
