Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🌱 Edamame – 1 cup, shelled
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥕 Carrot – 1/2 cup, diced
- 🌿 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add diced carrot and cook for 2 minutes.
- 🌱 Stir in edamame and cooked rice.
- 🌿 Season with soy sauce and mix well. Serve hot!
