Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🌱 Edamame – 1 cup, shelled
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🥕 Carrot – 1/2 cup, diced
  • 🌿 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add diced carrot and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 🌱 Stir in edamame and cooked rice.
  • 🌿 Season with soy sauce and mix well. Serve hot!
