Instructions

  • 1. Prepare the shrimp: Butterfly shrimp and flatten slightly. Marinate with salt, pepper, and a splash of mirin. 🧂🌶️🍶
  • 2. Prepare breading station: Set up flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in separate dishes. 🌾🥚🍞
