Ingredients
- 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 30-40
- 🥩 Ground meat (pork or chicken) – 1 lb
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
- 🧅 Green onions – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍚 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
Instructions
- 🔪 Mix ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
- 🥄 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to create a sealed dumpling.
- ♨️ Boil dumplings in water until they float and are cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- 🥢 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil).
