Ingredients

  • 🥩 Meat (beef, venison, etc.) – 2 lbs
  • 🧂 Salt – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Black pepper – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧅 Onion powder – 1 tsp
  • 🍶 Worcestershire sauce – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔪 Slice the meat into thin strips about 1/8 inch thick.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • 🥩 Marinate the meat strips in the mixture for at least 4 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • ♨️ Preheat oven to lowest setting (around 170°F/77°C) or use a dehydrator.
  • ♨️ Arrange meat strips on racks, making sure they don't overlap. Dry for 4–6 hours, or until the meat is dried but still pliable.
