Ingredients
- 🐟 Dover Sole – 2 fillets
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 🧂 Season Dover Sole fillets with salt and pepper.
- 🥘 Place fillets in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the fish while cooking.
- ✨ Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
