Ingredients
- 🥛 Soy milk – 4 cups
- 🥄 Gypsum powder – 1 tsp
- 💧 Water – 2 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar – to taste
- 🥜 Toppings (peanuts, boba) – optional
Instructions
- 💧 Dissolve gypsum powder in water.
- 🔥 Heat soy milk until almost boiling, then quickly pour into a container with the gypsum mixture.
- ⏳ Let it sit undisturbed for about 20-30 minutes to set into a soft pudding.
- 🍬 Prepare a simple syrup with sugar and water.
- 🥣 Serve the douhua with the sweet syrup and your favorite toppings like peanuts or boba.
