Ingredients
- 🍔 Ground beef – 1 lb
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 4 slices
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🍔 Burger buns – 2
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🍔 Burger sauce – to taste
Instructions
- 🍔 Form beef into 4 small balls.
- 🔥 Heat a flat pan or griddle over medium-high heat.
- 🧅 Place the beef balls on the hot surface and smash them thin with a spatula.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
- 🧀 Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking.
