Ingredients

  • 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
  • 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 🔥 Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 🍳 Pour egg mixture into the pan.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the omelette.
