Ingredients
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🧀 Cheddar Cheese – 1/4 cup shredded
- 🧀 Mozzarella Cheese – 1/4 cup shredded
- 🥛 Milk – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
- 🧈 Butter – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 🔥 Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 🍳 Pour egg mixture into the pan.
- 🧀 Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the omelette.
- ♨️ Cook until the omelette is set but still slightly soft in the middle, then fold in half and serve.
