Ingredients

  • 🥟 Dim Sum Wrappers – 24 count
  • 🐷 Ground Pork – 1 lb
  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🥬 Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
  • 🧅 Green Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp, minced
  • 🍚 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix pork, shrimp, cabbage, green onion, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of a dim sum wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  • 🥟 Fold the wrapper over the filling, pleating the edges to seal.
  • ♨️ Steam the dim sum for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
