Ingredients
- 🥟 Dim Sum Wrappers – 24 count
- 🐷 Ground Pork – 1 lb
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
- 🧅 Green Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tbsp, minced
- 🍚 Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix pork, shrimp, cabbage, green onion, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of a dim sum wrapper and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- 🥟 Fold the wrapper over the filling, pleating the edges to seal.
- ♨️ Steam the dim sum for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
