Devil chicken ramen

Ingredients

  • 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 bundles
  • 🐔 Chicken thighs – 2, boneless and skinless
  • 🌶️ Spicy chili paste – 1 tbsp (or more to taste)
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2, soft boiled
  • 🧅 Green onions – sliced for garnish
  • 🌱 Bean sprouts – 1/2 cup
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍲 Chicken broth – 4 cups

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sear chicken until browned and cooked through, then slice.
  • 🧄 Sauté garlic and chili paste in a pot, then add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  • 🍲 Assemble ramen: noodles, broth, chicken, egg, bean sprouts, and green onions.
  • 🌶️ Add extra chili paste for more heat, if desired, and serve immediately.
