Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 bundles
- 🐔 Chicken thighs – 2, boneless and skinless
- 🌶️ Spicy chili paste – 1 tbsp (or more to taste)
- 🥚 Eggs – 2, soft boiled
- 🧅 Green onions – sliced for garnish
- 🌱 Bean sprouts – 1/2 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍲 Chicken broth – 4 cups
Instructions
- 🔥 Sear chicken until browned and cooked through, then slice.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and chili paste in a pot, then add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- 🍲 Assemble ramen: noodles, broth, chicken, egg, bean sprouts, and green onions.
- 🌶️ Add extra chili paste for more heat, if desired, and serve immediately.
