Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Greens 🥬
- 1/4 Avocado 🥑
- 1/4 cup Cucumber 🥒 (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes 🍅 (halved)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil 🫒
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 🍋
- Salt 🧂 and Pepper 🌶️ to taste
- Optional: Sprinkle of seeds (chia, flax, etc.) 🌱
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. 💧
- Combine the greens, avocado, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. 🥣
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 🥄
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. 🥗
- Sprinkle with seeds (optional). 🌱
