Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Greens 🥬
  • 1/4 Avocado 🥑
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber 🥒 (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes 🍅 (halved)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 🫒
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 🍋
  • Salt 🧂 and Pepper 🌶️ to taste
  • Optional: Sprinkle of seeds (chia, flax, etc.) 🌱

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. 💧
  • Combine the greens, avocado, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl. 🥣
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 🥄
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. 🥗
  • Sprinkle with seeds (optional). 🌱
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
