Ingredients
- 🫘 Daal (Lentils) – soaked overnight
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for the dough
- 🌶️ Spices – to taste
- 🌿 Ginger – finely grated
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the daal filling by grinding and cooking the soaked daal with spices, ginger, and onion.
- 🌾 Make a dough with wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
- 🥟 Stuff the dough with the daal filling and shape into small kachoris.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan and gently fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
- 🫕 Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
