Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – 500g, boiled and mashed
  • 🧀 Pecorino Romano – 50g, grated
  • 🥚 Eggs – 1 large
  • 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍞 Breadcrumbs – for coating
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes with pecorino, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • 🖐️ Form the mixture into small, elongated shapes.
  • 🍞 Coat each crocchè thoroughly in breadcrumbs.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry the crocchè until golden brown and crispy.
  • 📄 Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
