Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – 500g, boiled and mashed
- 🧀 Pecorino Romano – 50g, grated
- 🥚 Eggs – 1 large
- 🌿 Parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍞 Breadcrumbs – for coating
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥔 Mix mashed potatoes with pecorino, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 🖐️ Form the mixture into small, elongated shapes.
- 🍞 Coat each crocchè thoroughly in breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry the crocchè until golden brown and crispy.
- 📄 Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
