Ingredients
- 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 24 count
- 🐷 Ground pork – 1/2 lb
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍚 Cornstarch – 1 tsp
- 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch and egg to create the filling.
- 🥄 Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold into desired shape (triangle or purse).
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- ♨️ Fry wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
