Ingredients
- 🐷 Pork collar – 2 thick slices
- 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten
- 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- 🌾 Flour – 1/2 cup
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded, for serving
- 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare pork collar by tenderizing and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 🍚 Dredge pork in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry pork until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 🔪 Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- 🥬 Serve hot with shredded cabbage and lemon wedges.
