Ingredients

  • 🐷 Pork collar – 2 thick slices
  • 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten
  • 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • 🌾 Flour – 1/2 cup
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded, for serving
  • 🍋 Lemon wedges – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare pork collar by tenderizing and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • 🍚 Dredge pork in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and fry pork until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • 🔪 Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  • 🥬 Serve hot with shredded cabbage and lemon wedges.
