Crispy goose in plum sauce

Ingredients

  • 🪿 Goose – whole
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
  • 🌿 Ginger – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – quartered
  • 🍯 Plum sauce – store-bought or homemade
  • ✨ Sesame oil – for drizzling

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🧂 Season goose inside and out with salt and pepper.
  • 🌿 Stuff the cavity with ginger and onion.
  • 🥘 Roast goose for 1.5 hours, or until cooked through and skin is crispy.
  • 🍯 Brush with plum sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.
