Ingredients
- 🪿 Goose – whole
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
- 🌿 Ginger – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – quartered
- 🍯 Plum sauce – store-bought or homemade
- ✨ Sesame oil – for drizzling
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🧂 Season goose inside and out with salt and pepper.
- 🌿 Stuff the cavity with ginger and onion.
- 🥘 Roast goose for 1.5 hours, or until cooked through and skin is crispy.
- 🍯 Brush with plum sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.
