Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • 🥣 Whisk together egg yolks, sugar, and salt.
  • 🥛 Gently heat cream and vanilla; then temper into egg mixture.
  • 🍮 Pour into ramekins and bake in a water bath for 25-30 minutes.
  • ❄️ Chill thoroughly, then sprinkle sugar on top and brûlée with a torch.
