Ingredients

  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups
  • 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 strip
  • 🌱 Cinnamon stick – 1
  • 🥚 Egg yolks – 6 large
  • 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
  • 🔥 Brown sugar – for topping

Instructions

  • 🔥 Infuse cream with lemon zest and cinnamon; then remove.
  • 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
  • 🥣 Temper yolks with warm cream; return to heat and cook until thickened.
  • ❄️ Pour into ramekins and chill for at least 4 hours.
  • ✨ Sprinkle with brown sugar and brûlée until golden and crisp.
