Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 2 cups
- 🍋 Lemon zest – 1 strip
- 🌱 Cinnamon stick – 1
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 6 large
- 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
- 🔥 Brown sugar – for topping
Instructions
- 🔥 Infuse cream with lemon zest and cinnamon; then remove.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🥣 Temper yolks with warm cream; return to heat and cook until thickened.
- ❄️ Pour into ramekins and chill for at least 4 hours.
- ✨ Sprinkle with brown sugar and brûlée until golden and crisp.
