Ingredients

  • 🦀 Crab – cleaned and cut
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • 🌼 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🍃 Curry Leaves – a few
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 (for juice)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add curry leaves and sauté onions until golden.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
  • 🦀 Add crab pieces and mix well with the masala.
  • 🥘 Cook covered until crab is cooked through. Squeeze lemon and serve hot with rice or roti.
