Ingredients
- 🦀 Crab – cleaned and cut
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- 🌼 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🍃 Curry Leaves – a few
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 (for juice)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add curry leaves and sauté onions until golden.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
- 🦀 Add crab pieces and mix well with the masala.
- 🥘 Cook covered until crab is cooked through. Squeeze lemon and serve hot with rice or roti.
