- 🏺 Glass jar – for fermentation
Instructions
- 🏺 Pour coconut water into a clean glass jar.
- 🍚 Add sugar if desired for faster fermentation.
- 🍶 Add vinegar starter if available, this speeds up the process.
- 🪰 Cover with cloth, secure with a rubber band to keep out fruit flies.
- ⏳ Let it ferment in a dark, cool place for 7-14 days until it smells and tastes like vinegar.
