Ingredients

  • 🍶 Vinegar starter – 2 tbsp (optional)
  • 🏺 Glass jar – for fermentation

Instructions

  • 🏺 Pour coconut water into a clean glass jar.
  • 🍚 Add sugar if desired for faster fermentation.
  • 🍶 Add vinegar starter if available, this speeds up the process.
  • 🪰 Cover with cloth, secure with a rubber band to keep out fruit flies.
  • ⏳ Let it ferment in a dark, cool place for 7-14 days until it smells and tastes like vinegar.
