Ingredients
- 🥥 Shredded coconut – 2 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 1/4 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🥧 Puff pastry – 1 package
- 🥚 Egg – 1 for wash
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🥥 In a pan, combine coconut, milk, butter, and sugar. Cook until thickened.
- 🔪 Cut puff pastry into squares. Place coconut filling in the center.
- 🥚 Fold pastry over to form a triangle or rectangle. Seal edges and brush with egg wash.
- ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
