Ingredients

  • 🥥 Shredded coconut – 2 cups
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup
  • 🧈 Butter – 1/4 cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • 🥧 Puff pastry – 1 package
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 for wash

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🥥 In a pan, combine coconut, milk, butter, and sugar. Cook until thickened.
  • 🔪 Cut puff pastry into squares. Place coconut filling in the center.
  • 🥚 Fold pastry over to form a triangle or rectangle. Seal edges and brush with egg wash.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
