Ingredients
- 🍤 Prawns – peeled and deveined
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🥥 Desiccated coconut – for coating
- 🌶️ Red curry paste – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍋 Lime – 1, juiced
- 🍚 Rice flour - for coating
Instructions
- 🍤 Prepare prawns: coat in rice flour, then dip in coconut milk, and cover with desiccated coconut.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- 🌶️ Add red curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
- 🥥 Gently fry prawns in the pan until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🍋 Squeeze lime juice over prawns, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
