Ingredients

  • 🍤 Prawns – peeled and deveined
  • 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
  • 🥥 Desiccated coconut – for coating
  • 🌶️ Red curry paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lime – 1, juiced
  • 🍚 Rice flour - for coating

Instructions

  • 🍤 Prepare prawns: coat in rice flour, then dip in coconut milk, and cover with desiccated coconut.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • 🌶️ Add red curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
  • 🥥 Gently fry prawns in the pan until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lime juice over prawns, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
