Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa batter – 2 cups
- 🥥 Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
- 🥔 Boiled potatoes – 2 medium
- 🧅 Onions – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🫘 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare the masala: Sauté mustard seeds, onions, and curry leaves.
- 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, coconut, green chilies, and salt. Cook until heated through.
- ♨️ Heat a flat griddle or pan. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread thinly.
- 🥄 Spread the potato masala evenly over the dosa.
- 💧 Drizzle oil around the edges. Cook until golden brown and crisp. Fold and serve hot.
