Ingredients

  • 🍚 Dosa batter – 2 cups
  • 🥥 Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
  • 🥔 Boiled potatoes – 2 medium
  • 🧅 Onions – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🫘 Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare the masala: Sauté mustard seeds, onions, and curry leaves.
  • 🥔 Add mashed potatoes, coconut, green chilies, and salt. Cook until heated through.
  • ♨️ Heat a flat griddle or pan. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread thinly.
  • 🥄 Spread the potato masala evenly over the dosa.
  • 💧 Drizzle oil around the edges. Cook until golden brown and crisp. Fold and serve hot.
