Ingredients
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🍚 Rice – 1 cup
- 🍗 Chicken or tofu – 1 lb
- 🌶️ Curry paste – 2 tbsp
- 🥦 Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare rice according to package directions.
- 🔥 Sauté curry paste in a pot until fragrant.
- 🍗 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
