Ingredients
- ⚪ White beans – 500g, soaked overnight
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥓 Smoked bacon – 200g, diced
- 🐷 Pork shoulder – 500g, cut into chunks
- ⚫ Black pudding – 1 piece
- 🌶️ Chorizo – 2 pieces
- 🥔 Potatoes – 3 medium, peeled and quartered
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Parsley – for garnish
Instructions
- 🥘 In a large pot, combine soaked white beans, pork shoulder, smoked bacon, and garlic.
- 💧 Cover with water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- 🥬 Add the cabbage, potatoes, black pudding, and chorizo to the pot. Season with salt.
- ⏳ Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the meats are cooked through.
- 🥄 Remove the meats and sausages, slice and arrange on a platter. Serve the broth with the beans and vegetables, followed by the meats. Garnish with parsley.
