Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken pieces – for stew

- 🥔 Potatoes – medium size

- 🥬 Cabbage – quartered
- 🫘 Chickpeas – soaked overnight
- 🍖 Chorizo – Spanish sausage
- 🧅 Onion – whole
- 🧄 Garlic – whole head
Instructions
- 🥘 In a large pot, combine meats, chickpeas, and vegetables.
- 💧 Cover with water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours.
- 🥄 Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
- 🍲 Remove the meats and vegetables, serve separately as three courses: soup, vegetables, and meats.
- ✨ Season with salt to taste and enjoy hot.
