Ingredients

  • 🫘 Chickpeas – soaked overnight
  • 🍖 Chorizo – Spanish sausage
  • 🧅 Onion – whole
  • 🧄 Garlic – whole head

Instructions

  • 🥘 In a large pot, combine meats, chickpeas, and vegetables.
  • 💧 Cover with water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 3 hours.
  • 🥄 Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
  • 🍲 Remove the meats and vegetables, serve separately as three courses: soup, vegetables, and meats.
  • ✨ Season with salt to taste and enjoy hot.
