Ingredients
- 🐚 Clams – 1 lb, cleaned
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥥 Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- 🌱 Coriander – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
- 🐚 Add clams and spices. Cook until clams open.
- 🥥 Stir in grated coconut and coriander. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or roti. ✨
