Ingredients

  • 🐚 Clams – 1 lb, cleaned
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🥥 Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🌱 Coriander – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder) – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
  • 🐚 Add clams and spices. Cook until clams open.
  • 🥥 Stir in grated coconut and coriander. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or roti. ✨
