Ingredients

  • 🌼 Chrysanthemum leaves – 2 cups
  • 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 🥕 Carrot – julienned
  • 🌶️ Red pepper – thinly sliced
  • 🥜 Peanuts – roasted (optional)
  • 🍶 Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • 🍯 Honey – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🌼 Gently wash and dry the chrysanthemum leaves.
  • 🥒 Combine chrysanthemum leaves, cucumber, carrot, and red pepper in a bowl.
  • 🍶 In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and salt.
  • 🥣 Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • 🥜 Garnish with roasted peanuts if desired and serve immediately.
