Ingredients
- 🌼 Chrysanthemum leaves – 2 cups
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – julienned
- 🌶️ Red pepper – thinly sliced
- 🥜 Peanuts – roasted (optional)
- 🍶 Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Rice vinegar – 1 tbsp
- 🍯 Honey – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🌼 Gently wash and dry the chrysanthemum leaves.
- 🥒 Combine chrysanthemum leaves, cucumber, carrot, and red pepper in a bowl.
- 🍶 In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and salt.
- 🥣 Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- 🥜 Garnish with roasted peanuts if desired and serve immediately.
