- 🥚 Egg – 1 soft boiled
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- 🔥 In a pan, fry chorizo until crispy.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili oil, and peanut butter to create the base sauce.
- 🍲 Add cooked noodles to the bowl, top with chorizo, carrot, bok choy, and soft-boiled egg.
