Ingredients
- 🐟 Chonak fish (small pomfret)
- 🌶️ Recheado masala paste
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped
Instructions
- 🌶️ Marinate the fish with recheado masala and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated fish until golden brown on both sides.
- 🧅 In the same pan, sauté chopped onions until translucent.
- 🐟 Add the fried fish to the pan and cook for a few more minutes, coating it with the onion and masala.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
