Ingredients

  • 🐟 Chonak fish (small pomfret)
  • 🌶️ Recheado masala paste
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice
  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – chopped

Instructions

  • 🌶️ Marinate the fish with recheado masala and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated fish until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🧅 In the same pan, sauté chopped onions until translucent.
  • 🐟 Add the fried fish to the pan and cook for a few more minutes, coating it with the onion and masala.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
