Ingredients
- 🫘 Chickpeas (chole) – 1 cup
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chole Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🥟 Kulcha – 4 pieces
Instructions
- 🫘 Soak chickpeas overnight, then boil until tender.
- 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree, chole masala, and cook well.
- 🥘 Add boiled chickpeas and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with kulcha.
