Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice flour – for the dough
  • 🥔 Potatoes – diced
  • 🥕 Carrots – shredded
  • 🌿 Jicama – shredded
  • 🍄 Dried mushrooms – soaked and chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🧅 Shallots – minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare the dough using rice flour and hot water, then set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and jicama.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 🥟 Wrap the filling with the dough and shape into dumplings.
  • ♨️ Steam the choi pan until translucent. Serve with soy sauce.
