Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice flour – for the dough
- 🥔 Potatoes – diced
- 🥕 Carrots – shredded
- 🌿 Jicama – shredded
- 🍄 Dried mushrooms – soaked and chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🧅 Shallots – minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for serving
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare the dough using rice flour and hot water, then set aside.
- 🧅 Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and jicama.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper, cook until vegetables are tender.
- 🥟 Wrap the filling with the dough and shape into dumplings.
- ♨️ Steam the choi pan until translucent. Serve with soy sauce.
