Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark chocolate – 4 oz
- 🧈 Unsalted butter – 4 oz
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥚 Egg yolks – 2 large
- 🍚 Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup
- 🍚 All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour ramekins.
- 🍫 Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🥣 Gently fold melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- 🍚 Add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- 🌋 Pour batter into ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are set but center is still molten.
- ✨ Let cool slightly, then invert onto plates and serve immediately. Add 🍦 ice cream, if desired.
