Ingredients

  • 🧈 Unsalted butter – 4 oz
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🥚 Egg yolks – 2 large
  • 🍚 Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup
  • 🍚 All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour ramekins.
  • 🍫 Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  • 🥚 Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and thick.
  • 🥣 Gently fold melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  • 🍚 Add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  • 🌋 Pour batter into ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are set but center is still molten.
  • ✨ Let cool slightly, then invert onto plates and serve immediately. Add 🍦 ice cream, if desired.
