- 💧 Water – for dough
- 🧈 Butter – for dough and pastry cream
- 🥚 Eggs – for dough and pastry cream
- 🍫 Chocolate – for glaze
- 🍦 Vanilla Ice Cream - for filling (optional)
- 🍚 Flour – for dough
- 🥛 Milk - for pastry cream
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven. Make choux pastry dough and pipe small mounds onto baking sheet.
- ⏲️ Bake until golden brown and puffed up. Let cool.
- 🍫 Prepare chocolate glaze by melting chocolate with a little butter or cream.
- 🍦 Fill profiteroles with vanilla ice cream or pastry cream.
- ✨ Drizzle chocolate glaze over filled profiteroles and serve immediately.
