Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark Chocolate – 200g, broken into chunks
- 🧈 Butter – 100g, unsalted
- 🍬 Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup for sweetness
- 🌾 All-purpose Flour – 1 cup, sifted
- 🤎 Cocoa Powder – 2 tbsp for extra richness
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large, whisked
- 🥨 Biscuits – 1 cup, crushed for the crumble topping
Instructions
- 🥣 Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl until smooth and glossy.
- 🥚 Stir in the sugar and eggs, then gently fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
- 🥨 Mix crushed biscuits with a little melted butter to create a sandy crumble texture.
- 🔥 Pour the chocolate batter into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble evenly on top.
- 🥧 Bake at 180°C for 25 mins until the top is crunchy and the center is gooey.
