Ingredients

- 🥚 Egg – 1, beaten
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat chicken broth in a pot and bring to a simmer.
- 🥕 Add carrots, mushrooms, and bok choy. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- 🧄 Stir in garlic and green onion.
- 🍚 Thicken the soup by mixing cornstarch with water and adding it to the pot. Stir continuously.
