Ingredients

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat chicken broth in a pot and bring to a simmer.
  • 🥕 Add carrots, mushrooms, and bok choy. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 🧄 Stir in garlic and green onion.
  • 🍚 Thicken the soup by mixing cornstarch with water and adding it to the pot. Stir continuously.
