Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🥩 Keema (ground meat) – 500g
  • 🥚 Eggs – 4
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
  • 🫙 Marke spice blend – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and green chilies; sauté until golden.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • 🥩 Add keema and cook until browned, breaking it up.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomato puree, Marke spice blend, and salt; simmer.
  • 🥚 Make wells in the keema, crack eggs into them, cover and cook until eggs are set.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with bread or rice. ✨
