Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🥩 Keema (ground meat) – 500g
- 🥚 Eggs – 4
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
- 🫙 Marke spice blend – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and green chilies; sauté until golden.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- 🥩 Add keema and cook until browned, breaking it up.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato puree, Marke spice blend, and salt; simmer.
- 🥚 Make wells in the keema, crack eggs into them, cover and cook until eggs are set.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander and serve hot with bread or rice. ✨
