Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momos – 12 pieces
  • 🌶️ Green chillies – 2-3, chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🫑 Bell pepper – 1/2, sliced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🍅 Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chillies, sauté well.
  • 🧅 Add onions and bell pepper and cook until softened.
  • 🍅 Add tomato ketchup and soy sauce, mix well.
  • 🥟 Add momos and toss gently to coat them with the sauce.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
