Ingredients
- 🥟 Momos – 12 pieces
- 🌶️ Green chillies – 2-3, chopped
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🫑 Bell pepper – 1/2, sliced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍅 Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chillies, sauté well.
- 🧅 Add onions and bell pepper and cook until softened.
- 🍅 Add tomato ketchup and soy sauce, mix well.
- 🥟 Add momos and toss gently to coat them with the sauce.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
