Ingredients
- 🥟 Dimsum wrappers – 12 pieces
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded
- 🌶️ Green chillies – finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add chopped chillies and cook for a minute.
- 🧀 Mix in cheese and salt, cook until melted and combined.
- 🥟 Fill dimsum wrappers with the cheese mixture.
- ♨️ Steam the dimsums for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
- 🍶 Serve hot with soy sauce.
