Ingredients

  • 🥟 Dimsum wrappers – 12 pieces
  • 🧀 Cheddar cheese – shredded
  • 🌶️ Green chillies – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
  • 🌶️ Add chopped chillies and cook for a minute.
  • 🧀 Mix in cheese and salt, cook until melted and combined.
  • 🥟 Fill dimsum wrappers with the cheese mixture.
  • ♨️ Steam the dimsums for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
  • 🍶 Serve hot with soy sauce.
