Ingredients
- 🥟 Momos – 12 pieces
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp
- 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🧅 Spring onions – for garnish
Instructions
- ♨️ Steam or pan-fry the momos until cooked through and slightly crispy.
- 🥣 In a pan, mix honey, chili flakes, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
- 🔥 Heat the sauce until it thickens slightly.
- 🥟 Add the cooked momos to the pan and toss gently to coat them evenly with the chili-honey glaze.
