Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momos – 12 pieces
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – 1 tsp
  • 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🧅 Spring onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • ♨️ Steam or pan-fry the momos until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  • 🥣 In a pan, mix honey, chili flakes, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
  • 🔥 Heat the sauce until it thickens slightly.
  • 🥟 Add the cooked momos to the pan and toss gently to coat them evenly with the chili-honey glaze.
  • 🧅 Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve immediately.
