Ingredients

  • 🥦 Gobi (Cauliflower) – cut into florets

  • 🫑 Bell pepper – diced
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
  • 🥫 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥫 Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🌽 Cornstarch – for coating

Instructions

  • 🥦 Marinate gobi florets in cornstarch and spices.
  • 🔥 Deep fry or shallow fry the gobi until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions, bell peppers, and green chilies in a pan.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and chili sauce; stir well.
  • 🥘 Add fried gobi to the pan and toss until evenly coated. Garnish and serve.
