Ingredients
- 🥦 Gobi (Cauliflower) – cut into florets
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🫑 Bell pepper – diced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Spring onions – for garnish
- 🥫 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🥫 Chili sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🌽 Cornstarch – for coating
Instructions
- 🥦 Marinate gobi florets in cornstarch and spices.
- 🔥 Deep fry or shallow fry the gobi until golden brown and crispy.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, bell peppers, and green chilies in a pan.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and chili sauce; stir well.
- 🥘 Add fried gobi to the pan and toss until evenly coated. Garnish and serve.
