Ingredients

- Mirin (1 tbsp) 🍚
- Sake (1 tbsp) 🍶
- Sugar (1 tsp) 🍬
- Ginger (1/2 tsp, grated) 🫚
- Skewers (6-8) 🍢
- Sesame oil (1 tsp) 💧
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken skin: Lay the chicken skin flat and cut into strips approximately 1 inch wide.🔪
- Thread the skin onto skewers: Fold the strips accordion-style and thread them onto the skewers.🍢
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and grated ginger. Mix well.🥣
- Grill or pan-fry the skewers: Heat sesame oil in a pan or preheat your grill to medium heat.🔥
