Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken breasts – 4
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🥛 Flour – for dredging
- 🍾 White wine – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- ✨ Capers – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🐔 Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness and dredge in flour.
- 🔥 Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- ✨ Remove chicken and set aside. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- 🍾 Deglaze the pan with white wine, then add lemon juice and capers. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 🥘 Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
