Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken breasts – 4
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🥛 Flour – for dredging
  • 🍾 White wine – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • ✨ Capers – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🐔 Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness and dredge in flour.
  • 🔥 Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  • ✨ Remove chicken and set aside. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  • 🍾 Deglaze the pan with white wine, then add lemon juice and capers. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • 🥘 Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
